Foreword
This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces HG/T 2132-2014 Glass lined 45° elbows. In addition to editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to HG/T 2132-2014:
——The applicable design pressure in Clause 1 "Scope" is revised from "not greater than 1.0MPa" to "not greater than 1.6MPa" (see Clause 1 hereof, and Clause 1 of 2014 edition);
——The schematic diagram of loose flange and the radius dimension r of the outer arc of nozzle are added in Figure 1 (see Figure 1);
—— The technical contents of loose flange are added in Table 1 (see Table 1);
——The dimensions of the outer arc r of nozzle are added in Table 2 (see Table 2);
——The height symbol of elbow is changed from “L” to “A”, and the elbow height in Table 2 is revised from “107, 114, 118, 128, 135, 143, 162, 169, 191, 235, 274, 318, 397” to “110, 120, 125, 140, 140, 150, 190, 215, 250, 230, 280, 320, 400”, and the allowable deviation of elbow height in Table 3 is revised (see Figure 1, Tables 2 and 3 hereof, and Figure 1, Tables 2 and 3 in 2014 edition);
——The requirements in Table 2 are revised from “value R in Figure 1 shall be selected according to GB/T 12459" to “value R in Figure 1 shall be selected according to GB/T 12459 and value A", and Note 2 is added (see Table 2 hereof, and Table 2 in 2014 edition);
——The dimensions and reference mass of the nozzle with design pressure of 1.6MPa are added in Table 2 (see Table 2);
——"The materials, design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of glass lined pressure pipes shall also meet the requirements of TSG D0001 and GB/T 20801.5” is added in 4.1 (see 4.1);
——Technical requirements for non-destructive testing of non-pressure pipelines are added in 4.5, i.e. “For non-pressure pipes, non-destructive testing shall be conducted according to NB/T 47003.1.” [See 4.5.b)]; [See 4.5)];
——Technical requirements for hydraulic test of non-pressure pipelines are added in 4.6, i.e. “For non-pressure pipes, leakage test shall be conducted according to NB/T 47003.1.” [See 4.6b)];
—— “Value r of glass lined 45° elbows should be less than that specified in HG/T 2143.” is added in 4.7 (see 4.7).
——”the ex-factory data of glass lined pressure pipes shall also meet the requirements of TSG D0001” is added in 5.1 (see 5.1).
This standard was proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee 72 on Glass Lined Equipment of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 72).
The previous editions of this standard are as follows:
——HG 5-255-1969; HG 5-255-1979; HG/T 2132-1991; HG/T 2132-2009; HG/T 2132-2014.
Glass lined 45° elbows
1 Scope
This standard specified the type, basic parameters, main dimensions, requirements, ex-factory documents, packaging, transportation and storage of glass lined 45° elbows.
This standard is applicable to glass lined 45° elbows with design pressure not greater than 1.6MPa and design temperature of -20℃ - 200℃.
