1.0.1 Requisition for instrument is one of the formal documents that sent to the instrument supplier for enquiry during the engineering design process, it is used to describe the general requirements of some categories of instrument products purchased for specific projects. This Guide is used to guide the preparation staffs to prepare “Requisition for Instrument”. 1.0.2 The versatile edition of requisition for instrument (detailed in Appendix A) is applicable to purchase instrumental equipments and their attachments and materials of this profession. When preparing the requisition for instrument of engineering project, it may be modified and supplemented on the basis of the versatile edition of requisition for instrument of this Guide, to form the "Requisition for Instrument" of this project and this category.
