1.0.1 This Guide is prepared to obtain accurate control survey to meet the requirements for instrument maintenance and easy operation, and to correctly determine the erection position of instrument.
1.0.2 This Guide is used to instruct the instrumentation designing personnel to prepare the requirements for the construction and erection of instrument for project items，or to instruct the designing personnel to select or supplement the requirements of the construction and erection of instrument (general) in Appendix A of this provision, to form the requirements for construction and erection of instrument for project items.
1.0.3 The implementation of this Guide shall also meet the requirements of current relevant standards of the nation.
