1.0.1 This Specification is used to guide the instrumentation designing personnel to prepare the instrumentation engineering design specification, or guide the designing personnel to select or supplement the instrumentation design specification (general) in Appendix A of this Specification, to form the instrumentation engineering design specification. 1.0.2 Instrumentation design specification is a uniform one in this profession of the engineering project, which not only describes the basic design principles to the users but also guides the design work of all the instrumentation designing personnel of this engineering. Design specification is used by the insiders of this company and the users, or issued to the manufacturer. 1.0.3 Where this Specification is implemented, the current relevant standards of the nation shall also be complied with.
