For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 24548 and GB/T 27840-2011 apply.
4 Implementation conditions
4.1 The following documents shall be provided prior to the test:
a) Technical conditions and specifications of products;
b) Instructions for use and maintenance;
c) Test reports or technical documents that can prove that the test sample vehicle meets the issued inspection requirements of relevant mandatory national standards;
d) Test reports that can prove that the main assemblies (fuel cell system, cell system, motor and its control system, DC/DC converter, on-board hydrogen system, on-board charging system, etc.) meet the issued inspection requirements of relevant national standards;
e) Other information and technical documents deemed necessary.
4.2 The test vehicle shall meet the requirements of design drawings and technical documents.
4.3 Number of sample vehicle for engineering approval evaluation test: 1.
4.4 After meeting the above conditions, the manufacturer may apply to the relevant departments for the engineering approval evaluation test which shall be carried out by the engineering approval evaluation test organization authorized by China. The engineering approval evaluation test organization shall prepare test outline according to this standard. In case of any of the following conditions is found during test, the organization shall terminate the test:
a) Major changes are required to meet the requirements of national standard inspection items;
b) The efficiency of steering and braking systems cannot guarantee driving safety;
c) There is a big gap between the performance indexes of the sample vehicle and the technical conditions of the product;
d) The frame, body and its bearing system are broken or cracked, and the test cannot be carried out;
e) The fuel cell system, cell system, motor and its control system, DC/DC converter, on-board hydrogen system and on-board charging system have serious problems or frequent problems resulting in the failure of the test;
f) Other situations where the test organization thinks that the test shall be terminated.
4.5 During the test, the sample vehicle shall be operated and maintained according to the requirements of operation instructions.
4.6 After the test is completed, the test organization shall provide the test report according to the provisions of Clause 6 and Clause 7.
