Seamless ultra-thin wall stainless steel tubes
1 Scope
This standard specifies the order contents, dimensions, shapes and weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking and quality certificate of seamless ultra-thin wall stainless steel tubes.
This standard is applicable to spinning or cold rolling (drawing) of seamless ultra-thin wall stainless steel tubes (hereinafter referred to as steel tube).

4 Dimensions, shape, weight and permissible tolerances
4.1 Outer diameter and wall thickness
The nominal outer diameter (D) and nominal wall thickness (S) of steel tubes shall meet those specified in Table 1. As required by the purchaser, steel tubes of dimensions other than those specified in Table 1 may be supplied upon agreement between the supplier and the purchaser.

4.2 Permissible tolerances of nominal outer diameter
The permissible tolerances of the nominal outer diameter of the steel tube shall meet those specified in Table 2. When the permissible tolerances level of the steel tube dimension is not indicated in the contract, the permissible tolerances of the outer diameter of the steel tube shall be delivered according to the ordinary level.

4.4 Length
4.4.1 Random length
The random length of steel tubes is 800 mm–6,000 mm. Other lengths of steel tubes may also be supplied after negotiation between the supplier and the buyer and indicated in the contract.
4.4.2 Cut length
The cut length of steel tubes shall be within the range of random length, and the permissible tolerance of its length is mm.
