1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions for test, precision requirements for test instruments, pre-test preparation, test conditions and performance test methods of fuel cell power system for passenger cars.
Test contents specified in this standard include: routine performance test, starting characteristic test, steady-state characteristic test, rated power characteristic test, peak power characteristic test and dynamic response characteristic test.
This standard is applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cell power system for passenger cars.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions specified in GB/T 20042.1 and those listed below apply.

Net output power of power system
The remaining power of output power of fuel cell stack deducting the power consumed by the auxiliary system, namely the net output power of fuel cell power system, hereinafter referred to as power of power system.
