This standard shall replace GB/T 15055-1994 "Permissible Stamping Variations in Dimensions without Tolerance Indication".
This standard was developed by making reference to parts of the contents of GB/T 13914-2002 "Tolerance of Dimensions for Stampings", GB/T 13915-2002 "Tolerance of Angles for Stampings" and GB/T 1804-2000 "General Tolerances-Tolerances for Linear and Angular Dimensions without Individual Tolerance Indications", therein, some tolerances were adjusted, the chapter of "Terms and Definitions" was added and some editorial changes were made.
This standard was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee 74 on Forging of Standardization Administration of China.
Drafting organizations of this standard: Xi'an Jiaotong University and Beijing Research Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Technology.
Chief drafting staffs of this standard: Guo Cheng, Zhang Qiansheng, Wu Huaying and Shi Dongcai.
The previous edition of the standard replaced by this standard is as follows:
GB/T 15055-1994.
Permissible Stamping Variations in Dimensions without Tolerance Indication
冲压件未注公差尺寸极限偏差
1 Scope
This standard specifies the tolerance classes of and permissible variations in the linear and angular dimensions of stampings without individual tolerance indications.
This standard is applicable to metal stampings, and the non-metal stampings may also be made reference thereof.
The permissible variations specified in this standard are applicable to the non-mating dimensions.
The precision stamping and extruded parts may be made reference to this standard.
2 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this standard.
2.1
Blanking size
The linear dimensions of the stampings processed through punching, blanking and other separating procedures (see d and D in Figure 1 and D in Figure 3)
