1 Scope
This document specifies the appearance, physical and chemical properties and other technical requirements of high-purity sodium hydroxide as well as describe its related sampling, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling and accompanying documents, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document is applicable to production, use and quality control of sodium hydroxide products produced by electrolysis of sodium chloride aqueous solution.
