1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to guaranteeing the construction and installation quality of power transformer, oil reactor and mutual inductor; promoting the technical advance and ensuring the equipment safe operation.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to construction and acceptance for power transformer (hereafter referred to as transformer), oil reactor (hereinafter referred to as reactor), voltage transformer (mutual inductor) and current transformer (mutual inductor) (hereinafter referred to as mutual inductor); the installation of petersen coil may comply with the relevant requirements of this code by reference.
1.0.3 The installation of transformer, reactor and mutual inductor with special purpose shall meet the relevant requirements of the product technical documentation.
1.0.4 This code specifies the basic requirements in the construction and acceptance for power transformer, oil reactor and mutual inductor in electrical equipment installation engineering. Where this code contradicts the requirements of national law or administrative regulation, the national law or administrative regulation shall prevail.
Besides the provisions of this code, the construction and acceptance of transformer, reactor and mutual inductor shall comply with the provisions of the related current national standards.
