GB 32311-2015 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for hydrogen producing systems by water electrolysis English
1 Scope
This standard specifies the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation, energy efficiency grades, test methods and inspection rules of hydrogen producing systems by water electrolysis.
This standard is applicable to stationary or mobile hydrogen producing systems, of which the water electrolyzer is of bipolar, pressure filter type or pressure type structure and the output is not less than 5m3/h.
This standard is not applicable to hydrogen producing equipment by atmospheric water electrolysis, small hydrogen producing equipment with an output of less than 5m3/h, solid polymer electrolyte electrolyzer (SPE) and hydrogen-oxygen generator.
