FZ/T 80007.1-2023 Test method for peeling strength of garments used adhesive interlining
1 Scope
This document specifies the test methods for peeling strength of various types of garments used adhesive interlining.
This document is mainly applicable to the test for peeling strength of various types of garments used adhesive interlining, and also applicable to the test for peeling strength of garment pieces and samples covered with adhesive interlining.
2 Normative references
The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
peeling strength
strength required to separate a fabric layer or composite fabric layer from the adhesive interlining
3.2
complete peeling
a peeling state in which no adhesive interlining fragments remain on the fabric during peeling
3.3
uncomplete peeling
a peeling state in which part of the fabric is torn or adhesive interlining fragments remain adhered to the fabric during peeling
3.4
adhesive interlining failure
adhesive interlining fails because the peeling strength is greater than the strength of the adhesive interlining in the peeling process
4 Principle
The specimen is clamped between the two jaws of the tensile tester along the clamping line. With the gradual opening of the two clamps of the tensile tester, the bonding points of the specimen begin to be stressed one after another, and the stress is gradually transmitted along the peeling line to make the bonding points split until the specimen is peeled.
