1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements of emission limit, monitoring and control of air pollutants for industrial kiln and furnace in Shandong Province as well as the relevant requirements of standard implementation, supervision, etc..
This standard is applicable to air pollutant emission management of existing industrial kiln and furnace in Shandong Province as well as environmental impact assessment, environmental protection engineering design, completion environmental protection acceptance of industrial kiln and furnace construction projects and air pollutant emission management after the industrial kiln and furnace construction project is put into operation.
This standard is not applicable to air pollutant emission control in iron and steel industry, building material industry, alumina industry, coke chemical industry, thermal power plant and of various coal-fired, oil-fired and gas-fired boilers, and the above-mentioned stationary sources shall comply with corresponding provincial and national air pollutant emission standards.
