1 Scope
This standard specifies the control, monitoring and testing of air pollutants emission for the vehicle maintenance and repair industry as well as the requirements on the implementation and supervision of this standard.
This standard is applicable to the air pollutants emission management of existing vehicle maintenance and repair plant as well as the environmental impact assessment, environment protection facility design, completion environmental protection acceptance and post-commissioning air pollutants emission management of the construction project of constructed, renovated or extended vehicle maintenance and repair plant.
