WB/T 1041-2024 Management requirement for automatic sorting equipment
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for the management of automatic sorting equipment, as well as requirements for procurement management, installation, debugging and acceptance management, daily management, maintenance and repair management, modification, renewal and scrapping management, skills training management, and file management of automatic sorting equipment.
This document is applicable to the management of automatic sorting equipment.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 18354 and the following apply.
3.1
automatic sorting equipment
logistics equipment that automatically identifies the attributes of goods and then sorts them according to these attributes
Note: Automatic sorting equipment mainly consists of a conveying system, an identification system, a mechanical sorting mechanism, a control system, an information system, and auxiliary equipment, among others.
4 Basic requirements
4.1 The user of automatic sorting equipment shall establish an equipment management department and assign full-time personnel.
4.2 The main responsibilities for equipment management are as follows:
——Formulating various rules, regulations, and specific measures for equipment management;
——Developing operating procedures, and maintenance and repair procedures for automatic sorting equipment;
——Preparing procurement planning and annual plans for technical modification, renewal, and maintenance of automatic sorting equipment;
——Being responsible for the management of procurement, acceptance, use, maintenance and repair, modification, renewal, and scrapping of automatic sorting equipment;
——Being responsible for organizing skills training and safety education for relevant personnel;
——Being responsible for managing the files of automatic sorting equipment and conducting statistical analysis.
4.3 Relevant personnel involved with automatic sorting equipment shall undergo on-the-job professional training and pass the assessment before taking up their positions.
4.4 Effective protective measures shall be taken against dust and noise generated during the operation of automatic sorting equipment.
