1 Scope
This document specifies the overall requirements, on-site apparent characteristic inspection, sampling, suspected solid waste screening, sample preparation, laboratory inspection and testing, as well as result handling for the inspection of imported recycled black mass for lithium ion batteries.
This document is applicable to the import inspection of recycled black mass for lithium ion batteries.

Note: They include scrapped lithium ion batteries, scrapped semi-finished products, and waste raw materials generated during industrial production processes, as well as lithium ion batteries that have lost their use value from daily life or circulation.
