This standard specifies the basic structure, parameter, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of on-board conductive charger for electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as on-board charger).
This standard is applicable to the on-board charger for blade electric vehicles (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
