QC/T 1203-2024 Levelling valve for automobile air suspension
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, bench test requirements and test methods for levelling valve for automobile air suspension (hereinafter referred to as levelling valve).
This document is applicable to levelling valve for commercial vehicle air suspension, levelling valve for cab and passenger car air suspension can be implemented with reference to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
neutral position
position that rod of pendulum is in the zero point (horizontal position)
3.2
open angle
angle at which the rod of pendulum swings from the neutral position to the intake port at the beginning of the intake
Note: In degrees (°).
3.3
exhaust angle
angle at which the rod of pendulum swings from the neutral position to the exhaust port at the beginning of the exhaust
Note: In degrees (°).
3.4
idle stroke angle
sum of open angle and exhaust angle
Note: In degrees (°).
3.5
flow characteristic
curve of flow rate of the air outlet of levelling valve changes with the angle of rod of pendulum
3.6
intake point
any position that the rod of pendulum is between the open angle and the intake limit angle
3.7
exhaust point
any position that the rod of pendulum is between the exhaust angle and the exhaust limit angle
3.8
maximum working angle
maximum intake (exhaust) angle of the product as specified in the technical document
Note: The intake air is "+", the exhaust air is "-", in degrees (°).
3.9
rated working pressure
pE
working pressure of the product as specified in the technical document
Note: In kilopascals (kPa).
3.10
delay time
whole time when the rod of pendulum moves from the neutral position to the inlet (exhaust) air direction to the beginning of the inlet (exhaust) air
Note: In seconds (s).
4 Product classification
4.1 Non-delay
Levelling valves with delay time less than 2s.
4.2 Delay
Levelling valves with delay time not less than 2s.
Note: Delay means that the open angle and exhaust angle have a delayed response.

1 范围
本文件规定了汽车空气悬架高度控制阀(以下简称高度控制阀)的术语和定义、产品分类、台架试验要求和试验方法。
本文件适用于商用车空气悬架高度控制阀, 驾驶室高度控制阀及乘用车空气悬架用高度控制阀参照执行。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

中立位置 neutral position
摆杆处于零点(水平位置) 的位置。
3.2
打开角度 open angle
摆杆由中立位置摆至进气口开始进气时的角度。
注:单位为度(°)。

排气角度 exhaust angle
摆杆由中立位置摆至排气口开始排气时的角度。
注:单位为度(°)。

空行程角 idle stroke angle
打开角度与排气角度之和。
注:单位为度(°)。

流量特性 flow characteristic
高度控制阀出气口的流量随摆杆角度变化的曲线。
3.6
进气位置 intake point
摆杆处于打开角度和进气极限角度之间的任意位置。
3.7
排气位置 exhaust point
摆杆处于排气角度和排气极限角度之间的任意位置。
3.8
最大工作角度 maximum working angle
技术文件规定的产品最大进气(排气)角度。
注:进气为“+”、排气为“-”,单位为度(°)。

额定工作压力 rated working pressure
pE
技术文件规定的产品工作气压。
注:单位为千帕(kPa)。
3.10
延时时间 delay time
摆杆自中立位置向进(排)气方向移动至进(排)气开始时的全程时间。
注:单位为秒(s)。
4 产品分类
4.1 非延时型
延时时间小于2s的高度控制阀。
4.2 延时型
延时时间不小于2s的高度控制阀。
注:延时即打开角度及排气角度有延时响应。
