1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to unifying the technical requirements for the design of concrete structures of port and waterway engineering and achieving advanced technology, economy and rationality, safety and reliability, endurance and applicability.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and plain concrete structure of hydraulic structures in port and waterway engineering, and not applicable to the design of lightweight aggregate concrete, other special concrete structure and navigation building concrete structure.
1.0.3 The design of concrete structures of port and waterway engineering shall not only comply with this code, but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
