JC/T 618-2019 Methods of chemical analysis of thermal insulation materials for leachable chloride, fluoride, silicate, sodium ions ENGLISH PDF
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test conditions, specimen preparation, test solution preparation, blank test, determination method, precision, and test report for the determination of soluble chlorides, fluorides, silicates, sodium ions, and leaching solution pH in insulation materials.
This standard is applicable to the determination of soluble chloride, fluoride, silicate, sodium ion and leaching solution pH of thermal insulation materials covering austenitic stainless steel, such as mineral wool and its products, calcium silicate, composite silicate, expanded perlite, foam asbestos, foam glass, aerogel thermal insulation products, thermal insulation and fire retardant coatings, and also applicable to the determination of soluble chloride, fluoride, silicate, sodium ion and leaching solution pH of thermal insulation materials for other purposes.
