This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of abrasive cloth.
This standard is applicable to coated abrasives made by bonding artificial abrasives such as corundum and silicon carbide to the surface of the cloth base with adhesion agents such as gelatine glue and synthetic resin.
