3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
three point one
Lifejacket lights
Light fixtures indicating the location of personnel wearing life jackets to rescue personnel.
Note: It consists of main components such as lampshade, lamp holder, luminous body, circuit board, battery, and connectors.
4 Classification and Structure
4.1 Life jacket lights are divided into two categories based on their emission type: fixed light type and flashing light type.
4.2 Life jacket lights are classified into three types based on the energy used: dry battery type, lithium primary battery type, and water activated battery type. The structure of dry battery and lithium primary battery life jacket lights is shown in Figure 1, and the structure of water activated battery life jacket lights is shown in Figure 2.

1- Reflective film; 5- Lamp shade; 9- Circuit board;
2- Water touch switch (optional); 6- Shell; 10- Waterproof gasket;
3- Manual switch; 7- Buckle; 11- Battery.
4- Luminescent body; 8- Lamp holder;
Note: The structure of the dry battery type and lithium primary battery type life jacket lights is the same, but the electrolyte inside the battery is different; The structure of the fixed light and flashing life jacket lights is the same, but the circuit board lighting control program is different.
