Specification for Digital Delivery of Pressure Vessels
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic provisions, delivery content, delivery process, and delivery platform for the digital delivery of pressure vessel construction.
This document applies to the digital delivery of pressure vessels, covering the stages of design, manufacturing, construction (or installation), and supervision inspection. Some equipment that is not a pressure vessel may refer to this document for implementation.
2 Normative References
The following documents contain provisions which, through normative reference in this text, constitute essential provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies.

3 Terms and Definitions
3.1 digitalization
The process of applying information technology to transform information from engineering design, manufacturing, construction (or installation), and supervision inspection into structured and unstructured data, establishing a data organization model, and using computers for representation, transmission, and processing.
3.2 digital delivery
The work process of digitally creating and subsequently transferring the dynamic information of pressure vessel construction, centered around the digital delivery object.
3.3 information granularity
The level of detail reflecting the information of the digital delivery object, related to information usage requirements, information collection and processing capabilities, and cost.
3.4 information model
The data, documents, three-dimensional models, and their interrelationships, established during the digital delivery process of pressure vessels, centered around the digital delivery object.
3.5 delivery information
Information generated during the pressure vessel construction process that needs to be delivered, including content from design, manufacturing, construction (or installation), and supervision inspection. This encompasses the information model and other information associated with the digital delivery object.
3.6 deliverables
Electronic files that carry the delivery information to achieve the transfer.
3.7
digital delivery platform
A data management system used to host and manage digital delivery information, capable of integrating with various engineering software and accommodating multiple file formats.
3.8
deliverer
The specific implementing entity responsible for the digital delivery of the pressure vessel, which may be a design unit, manufacturing unit, installation unit, supervision inspection unit, etc.
3.9
receiver
The specific entity that receives the digital deliverables of the pressure vessel, which may be a design unit, engineering construction unit, plant operation unit, etc.
3.10
final data
Complete and accurate data delivered in a standard data format, consistent with the physical delivered object, reflecting all design changes, related to the construction of the pressure vessel.
4 Basic Provisions for Delivery
4.1 Basic Requirements
4.1.1 The digital delivery of pressure vessels shall formulate a delivery strategy in accordance with the unified provisions for digital delivery and the provisions of this document.
4.1.2 Safety measures shall be established for the digital delivery of pressure vessels to ensure information security.
4.1.3 Intellectual property rights and confidential documents shall be protected during the digital delivery of pressure vessels.
4.1.4 The digital delivery of pressure vessels should preferably use a digital delivery platform to carry out delivery work, store data, and perform basic reviews to ensure the correctness and traceability of information.
4.1.5 The digital delivery of pressure vessels should be carried out concurrently with the design, manufacturing, construction (or installation), supervision inspection, and other phases.
4.1.6 Delivery information shall meet the quality requirements of completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
4.2 Delivery Scope
The delivery scope should preferably include all delivery information or the agreed-upon delivery information from the design, manufacturing, construction (or installation), supervision inspection, and other phases of the pressure vessel.
4.3 Delivery Levels
4.3.1 Delivery information shall be assigned delivery levels, including mandatory information, important information, and optional information.
4.3.2 Mandatory Information (Class I): Refers to information required by regulations, representing information generated during the design, manufacturing, construction (or installation), and supervision inspection processes of the pressure vessel.
4.3.3 Important Information (Class II): Refers to information needed for the operation and maintenance of the user unit.
4.3.4 Optional Information (Class III): Refers to information required to be submitted as stipulated in the project delivery specifications, typically representing intermediate information generated during the design, manufacturing, construction (or installation), and supervision inspection processes.
4.4 Coding Rules
4.4.1 Coding rules shall be established for the digital delivery of pressure vessels to meet the requirements for quickly searching, locating, and retrieving equipment delivery information.
4.4.2 The coding rules for digital delivery of pressure vessels shall include numbering provisions for data, documents, and three-dimensional models. All delivered information shall have a unique identifier, and special characters shall not be used.
