Specification for the use of recycled materials of household electrical appliances
1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for the use of recycled materials of household electrical appliances, as well as the requirements for evaluation and selection, use process control and traceability management requirements for such recycled materials, and it describes the calculation and grading methods of post-consumer recycled materials utilization rate.
This document is applicable to the use and management of recycled plastics, recycled metals, and recycled refrigerants in household electrical appliances (hereinafter referred to as "household appliances"), and may serve as a reference for other related recycled materials.

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 29769-2013 and the following apply.

household electrical appliances
electrical appliances that are used by non-professionals at homes, apartments and similar places (e.g., shops, light industry and farms) with a rated voltage of not greater than 250V for single-phase AC appliances and 480V for other appliances

recycled material
materials processed from waste materials and used for their original purposes or other uses
Note 1: It excludes energy recovery.
