GB/T 45135-2024 Superplastic forming and diffusion bonding parts of titanium alloy sheet - General specifications
1 Scope
This document specifies the structural form, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality certification documents of superplastic forming and diffusion bonding parts of titanium alloy sheet (hereinafter referred to as bonding parts).
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture and acceptance of TA15, TA32 and TC4 titanium alloy sheet bonding parts, and other titanium alloy sheet bonding parts are used as reference.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 8541, GB/T 3375 and GB/T 15757, as well as the following apply.
3.1
superplastic forming and diffusion bonding; SPF/DB
method for manufacturing a part by combining superplastic forming with a diffusion bonding (diffusion welding) process
Note: Often referred to as superplastic forming/diffusion bonding.
3.2
superplastic forming and diffusion bonding parts; SPF/DB parts
parts manufactured by superplastic forming and diffusion bonding (3.1) methods
Note: Commonly referred to as superplastic forming/diffusion bonding parts.
3.3
diffusion bonding rate
percentage of the interface area where the diffusion bonding occurs at the specified diffusion bonding interface
3.4
pit
spot-like depressions formed on the surface of the part due to foreign matter or mold surface quality problems during forming
Note: An apparent defect, see Figure 1 a).
3.5
step difference
step-like misalignment formed on the surface of the part during forming
Note: An apparent defect, see Figure 1 b), commonly found in two-ply board reinforced structures and three-ply board sandwich structures.
Dimensions in millimeters
a) Pit b) Step difference
Key:
SIMsd——the depth of the pit defect;
SIMsh——the height of the step difference defect.
4 Structural forms
4.1 Typical structural forms
The bonding forms of bonding parts generally include four typical structural forms. The structural forms are shown in Figure 2, and the characteristics, process and typical applications of each structural form are shown in Table 1.
