1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, abbreviations, requirements and connection framework, network architecture, network implementation and network security requirements of interconnection network for tires intelligent manufacturing.
This document is applicable to the design, construction and upgrade of interconnection network architecture for tire intelligent manufacturing enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

network architecture
overall design of a communication system that provides standards for network hardware, software, protocols, access control, and topology
3.2
field level
the lowest part of the decentralized control system, it is also the most basic level
Note: It includes production equipment, instrumentation, etc.
3.3
workshop level
relative functionally independent unit in the production process
Note: In the tire industry mainly refers to rubber mixing workshop, semi-product workshop, molding workshop, vulcanization workshop, testing workshop, etc., each production enterprise will be different according to the actual situation.
3.4
plant level
the whole factory of tire enterprise
Note: It includes design, production, logistics, management and other links.
3.5
network topology
physical layout of various devices interconnected by the transmission medium, which constitutes a specific physical, that is, real, or logical, that is, virtual arrangement among the members of the network

1 范围
本文件规定了轮胎智能制造互联网络的术语和定义、缩略语、需求及连接框架、网络架构、网络实施和网络安全的要求。
本文件适用于轮胎企业智能制造互联网络架构设计、建设及升级。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

网络架构 network architecture
通信系统的整体设计,为网络硬件、软件、协议、存取控制和拓扑提供标准。
3.2
现场级 field level
分散控制系统最底层的部分,也是最基础的一个层次。
注:包括生产设备、仪器仪表等。
3.3
车间级 workshop level
生产过程中功能相对独立的单元。
注:在轮胎行业主要指炼胶车间、半制品车间、成型车间、硫化车间、检测车间等,各生产企业根据实际情况会有不同。
3.4
工厂级 plant level
轮胎企业整个工厂。
注:包括设计、生产、物流、管理等环节。
3.5
网络拓扑 network topology
用传输介质互连各种设备的物理布局,构成网络的成员间特定的物理的即真实的,或者逻辑的即虚拟的排列方式。
