GB/T 44993-2024 On-site testing instruments of off-board charger for electric vehicles
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as packaging, transportation and storage of on-site testing instruments of off-board charger for electric vehicles.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, procurement and acceptance of on-site testing instruments of off-board chargers of 1,000V and below.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 18487.1-2023, GB/T 29317-2021, NB/T 33001-2018 and the following apply.
3.1
off-board charger for electric vehicle
special device, fixedly connected to AC or DC power supply and converting the electric energy to DC electric energy, that charges the swappable battery system of electric vehicle by conduction

3.2
on-site testing instruments of off-board charger for electric vehicle
device for on-site testing parameters such as energy error of off-board charger
Note: Hereinafter referred to as "testing instrument", of which the principle block diagram is shown in Annex A.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Environmental conditions
The environmental conditions for normal use of the testing instrument shall meet the following conditions:
a) ambient temperature: -25℃~55℃;
b) ambient humidity: with a relative humidity of not greater than 95%;
c) the altitude shall not be higher than 2,000m;
d) in special environmental conditions, it is necessary to consult with the manufacturer of the testing instrument to confirm or take appropriate measures.
4.2 Structure and mechanical properties
4.2.1 Impact
The testing instrument, after subjecting the shell to the impact test in 5.2.1, shall be intact in appearance, and the measurement performance shall meet the requirements of 4.5.
4.2.2 Vibration
The testing instrument, after being subjected to the vibration test in 5.2.2, shall be intact in appearance, and the measurement performance shall meet the requirements of 4.5.
4.2.3 Resistance to heat and flame
The testing instrument shall withstand the hot wire test at 750℃; and the test result shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5169.11-2017, Clause 10.
4.2.4 Degree of protection
The degree of protection of the testing instrument shall not be inferior to the requirements for IP30 in GB/T 4208-2017.
4.2.5 Earthing terminal
The testing instrument shall have a protective earthing terminal with obvious earthing mark, and have a reliable electrical connection with the metal shell accessible to the testing instrument, with the resistance between the earthing terminal and each connection point of not greater than 0.1Ω.
4.2.6 Marking
The nameplate of the testing instrument shall be provided with at least the following markings:
a) product name;
b) manufacturer name and trademark;
c) accuracy class;
d) measuring range;
e) product model;
f) delivery time and No.;
g) rated supply voltage parameters.
