5 Architecture
5.1 System architecture
Equipment layer: The knitting equipment involved in interconnection mainly includes flat knitting machines, circular weft machines, warp knitting machines and other equipment. The equipment status is collected through the data acquisition system, which provides real-time data for the management and control layer and receives the operation instructions issued by the control layer. The equipment can interoperate with each other such as working parameters and pattern file transmission.
Control layer: use programmable control equipment and visual monitoring equipment (SCADA, etc.) to monitor knitting equipment on the spot; Connect the equipment layer and the management layer to realize the interconnection and interoperability between knitting equipment and between knitting equipment and management system.
Production management layer: Each production management system software, through the control layer or directly obtains the data of knitting equipment, provides equipment information for production management such as production planning and scheduling management, production execution management, equipment management and remote operation and maintenance.
Knitting equipment information model and data dictionary provide information support for equipment layer, control layer and production management layer.
5.2 Information exchange
It shall comply with the requirements of 5.2 in GB/T 43018.1-2023.
6 Basic requirements
6.1 Device interface and protocol
6.1.1 Device interface
Knitting equipment can adopt network interfaces such as fieldbus, industrial Ethernet, wireless communication network, etc.
6.1.2 Protocol
It shall comply with the requirements of 6.1 in GB/T 43018.1-2023. The application layer should adopt the OPC UA protocol. For equipment that does not support OPC UA, it can be accessed through the gateway.
6.2 Network
Knitting equipment interconnection and interoperability network requirements shall meet application scenarios and actual needs of enterprises, including:
a) The connection mode should adopt bus and Ethernet mode to provide equipment access;
b) Support IPv4 or IPv6;
c) Ensure network connection and interoperability between different devices and systems.
6.3 System Performance
When the interconnected and interoperable knitting equipment communicates and interacts, the load generated by the communication shall not cause the control system itself to slow down significantly, resulting in stagnation, out-of-step and other operational failures, which will affect the use of normal functions.
6.4 Information security
The interconnection and interoperability information security of knitting equipment shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 36324 and follow the corresponding security level requirements according to the application scenarios and the actual needs of enterprises.
