GB/T 34491-2017 Coatings for sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnets
1 Scope
This standard specifies the codes, substrate requirements, pre-plating preparation and process, property requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of single-layer coatings and multi-layer composite coatings for sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnets.
This standard applies to protective and decorative coatings for sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnets, including coatings plated by using electroplating, electroless plating and physical vapour deposition (hereinafter referred to as coating products).
