This standard specifies the requirements for performance,working environment,technology,items of inspection,test methods,rules for inspection,marking,packaging,transportation and storing of railway T-girder erecting machines. This standard is applicable to all kinds of railway T-girder erecting machines (hereinafter short for T-GEM)which operate on standard-gauge (1 435 mm)tracks.This standard also provides reference to railway T-GEM on other gauge tracks.
