3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
stones of approximately the same size and same shape with grain kernels or oil seeds (Bin Jian Shi)
Stones mixed in grain that are similar in shape and size to grain kernels (or oil seeds).
3.2
screening
A method of separating impurities by utilizing the difference in particle size between material granules and impurities, using a screen surface.
3.3
destoning
A method of separating stones of similar size using the difference in density and suspension velocity between material granules, assisted by airflow and a destoning screen surface.
3.4
aspirating
A method of separating light impurities by utilizing the difference in suspension velocity between material granules, using airflow.
3.5
removing rate of impurities
The mass fraction of separated impurities relative to the impurities contained in the incoming material.
NOTE: Impurities in this context do not include stones of approximately the same size as grain kernels.
3.6
combined separator
A cleaning separator composed of multiple impurity separation devices (screening, destoning, aspirating).
4 Model and Basic Parameters
4.1 Model Designation Method
Carry out according to Annex A.
4.2 Basic Parameter Items
Basic parameter items include model/specification, processing capacity, installed power, vibration frequency, amplitude, airflow requirement, total machine weight, overall dimensions, installation dimensions, etc. These shall be clearly indicated in technical documents such as the instruction manual.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 General Requirements
5.1.1 Shall be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved through specified procedures.
5.1.2 Raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced parts shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity or shall be used only after passing inspection.
5.1.3 Plate and plate-shaped steel components shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 24857.
5.1.4 Welds shall be uniform and firm, free from defects such as cracks, porosity, slag inclusions, incomplete penetration, burn-through, and false welds.
5.1.5 Castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 24856.
5.1.6 Assembly shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 24855.
5.1.7 Product painting shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 25218.
5.1.8 Electrical equipment of machinery shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5226.1.
5.1.9 The aspirating device shall be capable of controlling the airflow volume and be equipped with a display plate indicating the airflow volume setting.
5.2 Mechanical Performance Requirements
5.2.1 Operation shall be normal and stable, without abnormal noise or wobbling. The noise (sound pressure level) during no-load operation shall be less than 80 dB(A).
5.2.2 Under normal operating conditions, the temperature rise of bearings at various parts shall not exceed 35°C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70°C.
5.2.3 Screen frame clamping shall be reliable, and assembly/disassembly shall be convenient and flexible.
5.2.4 The screen surface shall be flat, with a flatness error not greater than 3 mm per 1000 mm length, and a diagonal length error not greater than 3 mm.
5.2.5 The screen surface shall be horizontally adjustable transversely, with an error not greater than 2 mm per 1000 mm length.
5.2.6 All sealing parts shall provide good sealing, without air leakage, material leakage, or material bypass.
5.2.7 If two vibration motors are used to drive the reciprocating vibrating body, the parameters of the two motors shall be matched consistently, and they shall rotate in opposite directions. Each set of vibration motors shall be symmetrically installed using high-strength fasteners, ensuring secure and reliable fastening.
5.2.8 Whether driven by eccentric weights, crank linkages, or other means, the vibrating body shall ensure uniform movement of all its parts, with secure and reliable fastening.
