1 Scope
This document offers guidance on the collecting, processing and providing of enterprises credit information, and presents relevant information.
This document is applicable to activities related to the collection, processing, and provision of enterprises credit information.

4 General principles
4.1 Compliance
Adhere to the requirements of laws and regulations regarding information processing, refrain from collecting or disclosing data that is prohibited from being collected or disclosed by laws and regulations, and refrain from obtaining enterprise credit information through fraudulent means, theft, bribery, inducement, coercion, computer intrusion, or other illegal methods, so as to safeguard national security, public interests of society, and the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
4.2 Consistency
In the process of collecting, processing and providing enterprise credit information, we should not selectively choose, divide, modify or delete it at will, and try our best to keep the original integrity of enterprise credit information.
