GB/T 19411-2024 Dehumidifier
1 Scope
This standard specifies types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of dehumidifiers.
This document applies to dehumidifiers with a vapor compression refrigeration cycle driven by an electric motor.
This document does not apply to fresh air dehumidifiers.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions given in JB/T 7249 and the following apply.

dehumidifier
device for removing moisture from air or reducing the moisture content of air
3.2
comfort dehumidifier
dehumidifier used to meet the requirements of comfortable environment in human activity spaces
3.3
process dehumidifier
dehumidifiers used in process and production processes and occasions with special dehumidification requirements
3.4
dehumidification capacity
DC
amount of water removed by the dehumidifier per unit time under the specified standard working conditions or specific working conditions
Note 1: The unit is kilograms per hour (kg/h) or liters per day (L/d).
Note 2: The nominal dehumidification capacity of the dehumidifier is expressed in DCR.

total input power of the dehumidifier during dehumidification operation under the specified standard working conditions or specific working conditions

4 Types and basic parameters
4.1 Types
4.1.1 The dehumidifiers are classified by the applicable return air temperature range:
a) Type A (18 °C-35 °C);
b) Type B (5 °C-35 °C);
c) Type C (customized).
Note: Return air includes return air mixed with fresh air.
4.1.2 Dehumidifiers are classified by the use purpose:
a) comfort type (Type S);
b) process type (Type G).
Note: Comfort dehumidifiers and process dehumidifiers are represented by AS, BG, etc. depending on return air temperature types.
4.1.3 Dehumidifiers are classified by condensation method:
a) air-cooled type;
b) water-cooled type;
c) combined type.
4.1.4 Dehumidifiers are classified by functions:
a) temperature rise type;
b) temperature drop type;
c) temperature regulation type.
4.1.5 Dehumidifiers are classified by structure:
a) monolithic type;
b) split type.
4.1.6 Dehumidifiers are classified by air supply mode:
a) direct blowing type;
b) air duct type.
4.1.7 Dehumidifiers are classified by capacity regulation mode:
a) single capacity type;
b) non-single capacity type.

本文件规定了除湿机的型式与基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于采用由电动机驱动的蒸气压缩制冷循环进行除湿的除湿机。
本文件不适用于全新风除湿机。

JB/T7249界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

除去空气中水分或降低空气含湿量的装置。
3.2

用以满足人类活动空间舒适性环境要求的除湿机。

工艺型除湿机

用于工艺和生产过程以及有特殊除湿要求场合的除湿机。

除湿量

型式与基本参数
4.1 型式
4.1.1 除湿机按适用的回风温度范围分为:
a) A型(18℃~35℃);
b) B型(5℃~35℃);
c) C型(用户定制)。
注:回风包括与新风混合后的回风。
4.1.2 除湿机按用途分为:
a) 舒适型(S型);
b) 工艺型(G型)。
注:对应不同的回风温度类型,舒适型除湿机和工艺型除湿机用AS型、BG型等来表示。
4.1.3 除湿机按冷凝方式分为:
a) 风冷式;
b) 水冷式;
c) 组合式。
4.1.4 除湿机按功能类型分为:
a) 升温型;
b) 降温型;
c) 调温型。
4.1.5 除湿机按结构类型分为:
a) 整体式;
b) 分体式。
4.1.6 除湿机按送风方式分为:
a) 直吹型;
b) 风管型。
4.1.7 除湿机按能力调节方式分为:
a) 定容型;
b) 非定容型。
注:定容型和非定容型的概念参照GB/T17758—2023。
4.2 型号
除湿机的型号编制方法由制造商自行确定,但型号中宜体现除湿机名义工况下的除湿量。
