Regulations for the Filling of Acetylene Cylinders
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, filling process control, filling records, and filling quality and safety traceability information system for acetylene cylinders.
This document applies to the filling of acetylene cylinders manufactured in accordance with GB/T 11638.
This document does not apply to the filling of acetylene cylinder bundles, acetylene gas mixtures, or fixed containers used for acetylene in chemical production processes.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions in GB/T 13005 and GB/T 11638, as well as the following, apply to this document.
3.1
Actual Weight of Acetylene Cylinders
The measured weight of an acetylene cylinder before or after refilling.
3.2
Residual Pressure
The pressure of acetylene in a cylinder before refilling.
3.3
Settled Pressure
The pressure of acetylene in a cylinder after filling with the specified solvent and acetylene, and allowing it to stand, under the current uniform ambient temperature.

Gs - Remaining acetylene amount in the cylinder, in kilograms (kg);

mA - Maximum acetylene amount in the cylinder, in kilograms (kg);
mF - Solvent addition amount, in kilograms (kg);
Qa - specified acetone filling amount, in kilograms (kg);
Qd - specified DMF filling amount, in kilograms (kg);
TA1 - Actual weight of the cylinder before filling, in kilograms (kg);
TA2 - Actual weight of the cylinder after filling, in kilograms (kg);
