3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 7956.1 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
pressurized cab
A sealed cab in which a pressure differential between the interior and the external atmosphere is maintained by supplying pressurized gas into the cab interior.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Basic Requirements
Chemical rescue vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.
4.2 Vehicle Requirements
4.2.1 The equipment carried on the chemical rescue vehicle shall include at least detection equipment, leak sealing equipment, decontamination equipment, and personal protective equipment for chemical incident response. Among these, detection equipment and protective equipment shall be stored in separate compartments.
4.2.2 If the cab is a pressurized cab, its pressurization pressure shall be not less than 50 Pa, and it shall be capable of maintaining this pressurized state for not less than 45 minutes.
4.2.3 The portable cable reel and portable lighting fixtures provided with the chemical rescue vehicle shall meet explosion-proof requirements, and their performance shall comply with GB(/T) 3836 (all parts) and GB 25286 (all parts). The chemical rescue vehicle shall be equipped with grounding and static electricity dissipation devices.
4.2.4 The external bodywork and equipment compartments of the chemical rescue vehicle shall be made of corrosion-resistant materials.
4.2.5 The chemical rescue vehicle shall be equipped with a wind vane, anemometer, and rangefinder.
4.2.6 For chemical rescue vehicles with explosion-proof functionality, their explosion-proof performance shall comply with GB(/T) 3836 (all parts) and GB 25286 (all parts). The vehicle exhaust pipe shall be equipped with a spark arrester for power-driven vehicles complying with GB 13365, or the chassis exhaust system shall have spark arrestment functionality.
4.3 Operating Instructions and Marking Requirements
4.3.1 Nameplates corresponding to the equipment shall be provided at the fixing locations for equipment inside the equipment compartments. A nameplate listing all equipment within that compartment shall be provided in a location visible to the operator. Nameplates shall be securely fixed and shall not detach due to vibration, high temperature, water spray, etc.
4.3.2 All buttons and switches shall have graphic or textual operating markings.
4.3.3 Effective warning signs alerting firefighters to hazards shall be provided at hazardous locations such as high temperature, high pressure, and high-speed rotation.
4.4 Lighting System Requirements
4.4.1 The chemical rescue vehicle shall be equipped with a lighting system. The performance of the lighting system shall comply with the provisions of clause 4.4.3 (except 4.4.3.1.5) of GB 7956.14-2015.
4.4.2 The illuminance at all measurement points located 30 m from the lighting system shall be not less than 5 lx.
4.5 Crane Requirements
For chemical rescue vehicles equipped with a crane, the crane's performance shall comply with the provisions of clause 4.4.1 of GB 7956.14-2015.
4.6 Winch Requirements
4.6.1 For chemical rescue vehicles equipped with a winch, the winch's performance shall comply with the provisions of clause 4.4.2 (except 4.4.2.1.3) of GB 7956.14-2015.
4.6.2 For winches driven by an electric motor, the motor shall meet explosion-proof requirements, and its performance shall comply with GB(/T) 3836 (all parts) and GB 25286 (all parts).
4.6.3 The rated pulling force of the winch shall be not less than 30 kN.
