3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 7956.1 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
turbo-jet engine fire extinguishing device
A device installed on a turbo-jet fire fighting vehicle that uses the exhaust gas flow of a turbojet (turbofan) engine to discharge fire extinguishing agents.
3.2
thrust-weight ratio
The ratio of the rated thrust of the turbojet (turbofan) engine to the curb mass of the vehicle.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Basic Requirements
Turbo-jet vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.
4.2 Vehicle Requirements
4.2.1 Turbo-jet vehicles shall be equipped with a vehicle electrostatic discharge strap with a cross-sectional area not less than 100 mm².
4.2.2 If auxiliary fuel tanks are installed on the turbo-jet vehicle, their safety performance and installation requirements shall comply with the requirements of GB 18296-2019.
4.3 Chassis Modification Requirements
Chassis modifications for turbo-jet vehicles shall comply with the relevant requirements in clause 4.3 of GB 7956.3-2014.
4.4 Marking Requirements
