1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, delivery acceptance and safety of No. 3 jet fuel produced from natural crude oil or its fractions, and synthetic hydrocarbon kerosene fractions.

5 Technical requirements and test methods
5.1 The raw materials, production process and additives used in the production of No. 3 jet fuel shall comply with the prescribed approval procedures. Additives shall meet the requirements of Appendix In addition to the above elements meeting the requirements of the procedures, the production process should be constructed according to the approval requirements, and the selection of raw materials and additives should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the approval process.
