Minimum allowable values of water efficiency and water efficiency grades for showers



1 Scope



This standard specifies the water efficiency grade, technical requirements and test methods for shower.



This standard is applicable to the water efficiency evaluation of showers (including shower head or its combinations) used in sanitary facilities such as lavatories (restrooms, bathrooms) and shower rooms installed in buildings with nominal pressure (static pressure) not greater than 1.0 MPa and medium temperature of 4℃~90℃.



It is not applicable to the shower with heating apparatus and with constant temperature.

3 Terms and definitions



For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 33733 and the following apply.



3.1

4 Water efficiency grades for showers



4.1 The water efficiency for showers is classified into 3 grades, with Grade 3 representing the lowest one.



4.2 The flow of all showers shall meet those specified in Table 1.



4.3 If the hand-held shower head is equipped with multiple water outlet modes, the flow of each water outlet mode shall be tested separately, and the water efficiency grade of the maximum flow is taken as the water efficiency for the shower.



4.4 If the fixed shower head is equipped with multiple water outlet functions, the flow of each water outlet function shall be tested separately, and the water efficiency grade of the maximum flow is taken as the water efficiency grade for the shower.

5 Technical requirements



5.1 Basic requirements



Showers shall meet the requirements of the standard prescribed expressly.



5.2 Spray force



As tested by Annex A, the average spray force of hand-held shower head shall not be less than 0.85 N.



Note: If the shower head is equipped with multiple water outlet modes, the maximum average spray force shall be taken.



5.3 Uniformity of flow



As tested by Annex A, the uniformity of maximum outlet flow of hand-held shower head shall not be greater than 4.0 L/min.



5.4 Minimum allowable values of water efficiency for showers



The minimum allowable values are Grade 3 of the water efficiency grade.



5.5 Evaluating values of water conservation for showers



The evaluating values are Grade 2 of the water efficiency grade.



6 Test methods



The test methods for spray force, flow and uniformity of flow shall be carried out according to Annex A.

前言
本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替GB 28378—2012《淋浴器用水效率限定值及用水效率等级》，与GB 28378—2012相比，主要技术变化如下：
——修改了标准的范围；
——修改了部分术语和定义；
——修改了基本要求；
——增加了喷射力要求；
——修改了淋浴器水效等级指标；
——修改了流量均匀性指标。
本标准由国家标准化管理委员会、中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会资源节约和环境保护司提出。
本标准由国家标准化管理委员会归口。
本标准于2012年4月首次发布，本次为第一次修订。
淋浴器水效限定值及水效等级
1 范围
本标准规定了淋浴器的水效等级、技术要求和试验方法。
本标准适用于安装在建筑物内的冷、热水供水管路末端，公称压力(静压)不大于1.0 MPa，介质温度为4℃～90℃条件下的盥洗室(洗手间、浴室)、淋浴房等卫生设施上使用的淋浴器(含花洒或花洒组合)的水效评价。
本标准不适用于自带加热装置的淋浴器和恒温淋浴器。

在标准规定的试验条件下，淋浴器所允许的最大流量。

在标准规定的试验条件下，节水型淋浴器所允许的最大流量。
注：节水评价值是评价节水型淋浴器的规定要求。
3.4
喷射力 spray force

在标准规定的试验条件下，淋浴器手持式花洒喷射时所达到的冲击力。
4淋浴器水效等级
4.1 淋浴器水效等级分为3级，其中3级水效最低。
4.2各等级淋浴器的流量应符合表1的规定。
4.3手持式花洒若其所带花洒有多种出水方式时，分别试验每种出水方式的流量，以最大流量所达到的水效等级作为该淋浴器的水效等级。
4.4 固定式花洒若其所带花洒有多种出水使用功能时，分别试验每种出水使用功能的流量，以最大流量所达到的水效等级作为该淋浴器的水效等级。

5 技术要求
5.1 基本要求
淋浴器应符合明示执行标准的要求。
5.2 喷射力
按附录A进行测试，淋浴器手持式花洒平均喷射力应不小于0.85 N。
注：若其所带花洒有多种出水方式时.取最大平均喷射力。
5.3流量均匀性
按附录A进行测试，淋浴器手持式花洒的最大出水流量均匀性应不大于4.0 L/min。
5.4淋浴器水效限定值
淋浴器水效限定值为水效等级的3级。
5.5淋浴器节水评价值
淋浴器节水评价值为水效等级的2级。
6 试验方法
淋浴器喷射力、流量和流量均匀性试验方法按照附录A执行。

试验方法
A.1 喷射力试验
A.1.1 喷射力试验装置
使用以下试验装置，也可使用其他具有相同效果的试验装置：
a)一个如图A.1所示的淋浴喷射力试验装置；
b)压力测量分辨率0.001 MPa、准确度±1％；
c)喷射力测量分辨率0.01 N、准确度±2％。

A.1.2喷射力试验程序
喷射力试验按照以下步骤进行：
a)手持式花洒及其附属配件(如淋浴阀、分水开关、直管、弯管淋浴柱或淋浴软管等)，应按照生产厂商提供说明书的装配方法进行组装；
b)有多种出水方式的手持式花洒，将其调至喷射力最大状态下进行测试；
c)将手持式花洒安装在试验台上，并将水连接到手持式花洒入水口(对于接软管的手持式淋浴器，安装在试验台上使软管自由挂起呈U形，不扭曲，手持式花洒面板水平)；
d)喷洒球面安装在喷射力测量装置上；
e)检查喷射力测量装置的垂直轴线是否与水平面垂直；
f)调整手持式花洒出水面板，使其水平放置，并在与喷洒球面圆顶之间的垂直距离为400 mm～405 mm；
g)向手持式花洒通水并通过调压装置逐渐调整动压至(0.50±0.01)MPa，保持动压稳定至少60 s；
h)关闭水流，然后逐渐打开水流将压力调至(0.30±0.01)MPa，保持稳定后读取喷射力试验装置的读数P1(至少10 s稳定)；
i)重复步骤h)，压力降至(0.20±0.01)MPa和(0.10±0.01)MPa，并读数P2、P3；
J)计算P1、P2与P3的平均值作为平均喷射力。
A.2流量试验
A.2.1 流量试验装置
A.2.1.1供水装置
供水装置应包括：
a)能持续保持标准要求压力的压力调节装置；
b)符合图A.2所示要求的管道，淋浴器连接螺纹公称尺寸为DN15(管道最小内径13 mm、连接螺母尺寸G1/2)或DN20(管道最小内径20 mm、连接螺母尺寸G3/4)。
A.2.1.2试验装置
A.2.1.2.1 试验装置示意图见图A.2 a)或b)。
A.2.1.2.2试验装置的测量准确度应符合：
a)流量试验装置准确度±2％；
b)压力试验装置准确度±1％；
c)温度试验装置准确度±1℃。

说明：
1——流量测试装置；
2——温度测试装置；
3——压力测试装置；

4——测试样品；
L1、L3——0.5倍～2.5倍管内径的距离；
L2——至少20倍管内径的直管。

A.2.2流量试验一般要求
A.2.2.1 试验前应将试验样品在动压(0.50±0.01)MPa下进行不少于30 s的预冲洗。
A.2.2.2试验水温应控制在(25±3)℃。
A.2.2.3过程中动压为(0.10±0.01)MPa。
A.2.3 流量试验程序
各类淋浴器流量试验按照以下步骤进行：
a)单柄双控淋浴器
将淋浴器按图A.2连接在试验装置上，分别将手柄开启到冷、热水开启的最大位置以及混合水最大流量处位置，记录各位置处流量稳定时的流量，取流量的最大值。
b)双柄双控淋浴器
将淋浴器按图A.2连接在试验装置上，分别将手柄开启到冷、热水开启的最大位置及冷热水同时开启到最大处位置，记录各位置处流量稳定时的流量，取流量的最大值。
c)单柄单控淋浴器
将淋浴器按图A.2连接在试验装置上，将手柄开启到最大出水位置处流量，当流量稳定时记录流量值。
A.3流量均匀性试验
A.3.1 流量均匀性试验装置
流量均匀性试验装置应符合A.2.1的要求。
A.3.2 流量均匀性试验程序
A.3.2.1 将淋浴器按图A.2连接在试验装置上。
A.3.2.2将进水口压力调节到动压0.50 MPa，开启1 min后，依次调到动压(0.30±0.01)MPa、(0.20±0.01)MPa和(0.10±0.01)MPa各测试3次，记录各压力下流量稳定时流量，分别计算平均值，并计算最高平均流量与最低平均流量之差。
A.3.2.3 压力由高至低依次进行测试，试验过程如下：
a)在(0.30±0.01)MPa试验3次的流量分别为f11、f12、f13，平均值为F1=(f11+f12+f13)/3；
b)在(0.20±0.01)MPa试验3次的流量分别为f21、f22、f23，平均值为F2=(f21+f22+f23)/3；
c)在(0.10±0.01)MPa试验3次的流量分别为f31、f32、f33，平均值为F3=(f31+f32+f33)/3。
流量均匀性ΔF=Fmax-Fmin(Fmax；F1、F2、F3中的最大值；Fmin：F1、F2、F3中的最小值)。
