1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model and specification, requirements, test methods, sampling rules, judgment rules, product instruction, packaging, transportation and storage of knitted one/half piece bras (including one piece bra and half piece bra).
This standard is applicable to the quality assessment of knitted one/half piece bras (including one piece bra and half piece bra).

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

bust girth
maximum horizontal measurement taken around the torso at the fullest part of the breasts, when wearing a well-fitted, single-layer bra without padding or supportive inserts, allowing the breasts to appear in a naturally uplifted and rounded position
3.2
underbust girth
horizontal measurement taken around the lower root of the human breast
3.3
brassiere cup
part of a bra that covers the breasts
3.4
lateral wing
part of a bra that covers the area from below the side back armpit to the back of the human body
