1 Scope
This standard specifies tech-regulations and verification method etc. of power quality analyzer.
This standard is applicable to verification of power quality measurement function of newly-produced and engaged power quality analyzer and multifunctional measurer as well as the verification of measurement error of the voltage monitor.
This standard is not applicable to verification of transient harmonics.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
Fundamental
Component sine waves of the frequency of public period obtained by Fourier series decomposition of periodical AC capacity.
3.2
Harmonic
Component of frequency as non-fundamental frequency obtained by decomposing the periodicity alternating current component. Therein, the component with frequency being integral multiple of fundamental is called as integer harmonic; if the component with frequency as non-integral multiple of fundamental and fractional component of frequency less than fundamental frequency is called as interharmonic.
3.3
Harmonic content
Amount obtained by deducting fundamental component from periodicity alternating current component.

3.4
Harmonic ratio
Ratio of the root-mean-square value of the harmonic component h included in periodicity alternating current component to that of the fundamental component (expressed in percent).

3.5
Harmonic order h
Ratio of harmonic frequency to fundamental frequency.
3.6
Harmonic power
Product of the harmonic voltage, harmonic current h and the harmonic power factor of this order.
3.7
Harmonic phase
Phase of the harmonic voltage, harmonic current of the same order.
3.8
Unbalance factor ε
Unbalanced degree of three-phase in the three phase power system and shall be represented by root mean square value percentage of negative-sequence component and positive-sequence component of voltage or current.

3.9
Positive-sequence component
Component of the positive sequence symmetric system, when the electric quantity of the unbalanced three-phase system is decomposed according to the symmetrical component method.

Negative-sequence component
Component of the negative-sequence symmetric system, when the electric quantity of the unbalanced three-phase system is decomposed according to the symmetrical component method.

3.11
Flicker
Visual sense caused by instable illumination.

3.12
Short term severity Pst
One statistic value to judge flicker degree in a short term (several minutes). Pst=1 is the limit to usually cause the visual sense irritation.

3.13
Long term severity Pit
Quantity value to reflect flicker degree for a long term (several hours) and deduced by short term severity Pst.
