GB/T 3195-2023 Aluminium and aluminium alloys drawn (rolled) round wire
1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and contents of purchase orders (or contracts) for aluminium and aluminium alloys drawn (rolled) round wire.
This document is applicable to the production and inspection of aluminium and aluminium alloys round wire (hereinafter referred to as "wire") for rivets, conductors, welding and coating applications.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 8005.1 and GB/T 26492.5 apply.
4 Product classification
4.1 Category, grade, supply temper and diameter
The category, grade, supply temper and diameter of products shall meet those specified in Table 1. If the purchaser has other requirements for grade, supply temper and diameter, they shall be determined by the manufacturer and the purchaser through negotiation and specified in the purchase order (or contract).

4.2 Designation
Products shall be designated in the sequence of product category, serial number of this document, grade, supply temper and diameter.
Example 1:
Rivet wire of grade 5A02, temper H14, diameter ϕ10.0 mm shall be designated as:
Rivet wire GB/T 3195-5A02H14-ϕ10.0
