The gas-fuel power set for oil production drilling site
1 Scope
This document specifies the model representation method, requirements, test, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of gas-fired power units in oil production well sites.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of gas-fired power units (hereinafter referred to as "units") in oil production well sites. Gas power units used to drive other equipment and power units driven by other fuel engines are implemented with reference.
Note: The unit is mainly used to drive onshore oil production well site equipment such as pumping units, crude oil pumps, compressors, operational lifting machinery (such as workover rigs).
2 Normative references
The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
gas-fuel power set
power equipment consisting of a gas engine matched with a power transmission device
Note: The power transmission (delivery) device includes gearbox, torque converter, coupling, clutch and pulley, etc.
3.2
diesel/gas dual-fuel power set
power equipment comprised of a diesel/natural gas dual-fuel engine paired with a power transmission device
4 Model expression method
The unit model shall be represented according to the representation method in Figure 1.
5 Requirements
5.1 General rules
5.1.1 Basic requirements of the unit
5.1.1.1 The overall layout of the unit should be reasonable and easy to install, maintain and maintain. All kinds of pipelines should be arranged neatly, compact and firmly fixed.
5.1.1.2 The unit shall be able to work normally under the following conditions:
a) Ambient temperature: -45°C ~ 50°C;
b) Relative humidity: not more than 80%;
c) Altitude: not more than 3000m.
5.1.1.3 The cooling system of the unit is generally closed-circulation forced water cooling. If there are special requirements, it will be determined through consultation between the manufacturer and the user.
5.1.1.4 The output part of the unit used for belt drive or chain drive shall be able to withstand lateral tension.
5.1.1.5 The working mechanism of each supporting component of the unit (water heating device, temperature regulating valve, etc.) should be reliable, flexible to operate and easy to adjust.
5.1.1.6 The high-temperature components of the unit should be equipped with warning signs and anti-scald devices.
5.1.1.7 The electrical system of the unit shall meet the explosion-proof requirements of the well site, and the supplier shall provide the explosion-proof information of the electrical system.
5.1.1.8 If the installation and use conditions of the unit are vehicle-mounted (or movable), its structural design, quality, earthquake resistance and other technical requirements shall comply with the requirements of GB 1589.
5.1.1.9 The unit product manufacturer shall obtain the on-site information of the product use. See Annex A for the on-site information of the product use.
5.1.1.10 The safety requirements of the unit shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 20651.2 and supporting equipment safety standards.
