1 Scope
This document specifies the message function and business design of the transport schedule and implementation information message, the message structure and content based on data elements, and the message structure and content based on core components.
This document applies to the electronic data interchange of transport schedule and implementation information messages between relevant participants involved in the transport process.

5 Message Function and Business Design
5.1 Message Function
The transport schedule and implementation information message (hereinafter referred to as the "message") is primarily used for:
—— Requesting transport task schedule and implementation information, including details such as transport route, transport equipment, means of transport, involved parties, date/time, and locations;
—— Responding to a request with corresponding transport schedule and implementation information;
—— Announcing the schedules of means of transport, such as shipping schedules, cargo flight schedules, railway train schedules, etc.
5.2 Business Design
The business design of the message shall satisfy the following:
a) One message shall correspond to one consignment of goods, which may contain multiple cargo items;
b) One consignment of goods should preferably be identified by the consignor's reference number;
c) One transport equipment (e.g., a container) can be loaded with one or more cargo items, and one consignment may be transported using one or more pieces of transport equipment;
d) One cargo item should preferably relate to one or more customs tariff codes;
e) Cargo relating to one customs tariff code should preferably be loaded in one or more pieces of transport equipment;
f) The cargo description should use the contract description; the operational description (e.g., container) may be used as necessary;
g) One cargo item consists of one or more consignment units having the same packaging type and cargo description;
h) A transport schedule and implementation may involve one or more consignors and may have multiple different delivery information points;
i) In a single message, for goods transported using multimodal transport, the pre-carriage and on-carriage shall be specified in their respective transport details;
j) Information on self-propelled transport equipment shall be specified within the transport details; other equipment shall be described under transport equipment.
6 Message Structure and Content Based on Data Elements
6.1 Message Structure
6.1.1 Overall Structure
The message based on data elements consists of a message header, a message body, and a digital signature. The message header consists of message identification, message function, message reference number, sender identification, receiver identification, and message generation date/time. The message body consists of document identification, transport route, transport equipment details, transport
