1 Scope
This standard specifies the service and functional testing methods for the multimedia message service terminal equipment of digital cellular mobile telecommunication network.
It is applicable to terminals bearing multimedia message services in the digital cellular mobile telecommunication network in lower layer.

4.1 Testing Structure
Testing structure is as shown in Figure 1.

Notes:
(1) The mobile network may be a GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA or cdma2000 network, which is determined according to the bearer mode supported by the MMS terminal under test.
(2) According to the way that the mobile network is interconnected with the MMS central device, the gateway in the mobile network may be a WAP gateway or other gateway supporting the IMAP protocol.
