1 Scope
This document specifies the quality grading principle, quality grading, grading index, sampling, inspection method, judgment and document management of 500kg ~ 10000kg rider-controlled counterbalance lift trucks.
This document is applicable to the quality grading of rider-controlled counterbalance lift trucks. It may be also used as a reference for quality grading of other types of motor industrial vehicle.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 6104.1 apply.
4 Grading principle
4.1 Scientificness
The quality grading of 500kg ~ 10000kg rider-controlled counterbalance lift trucks (hereinafter referred to as the lift trucks) shall be full and accurate in data and rigorous in logic, and the samples shall be representative and extensive.
4.2 Advancement
The quality grading of the trucks shall focus on efficiency, reliability, environmental protection, safety and safety monitoring, as well as key parameters or performance with great influence and high attention.
4.3 Applicability
The quality grading of the trucks shall consider the coordination and operability of relevant standards under the condition of equal performance.
5 Quality grading
5.1 General
The trucks shall pass the end-of-manufacturing inspection. The quality of physical products is graded into qualified products, superior products and imperial products.
5.2 Qualified products
The physical quality shall be in accordance with JB/T 2391 and shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1 or Table 2.
5.3 Superior products
The physical quality shall be qualified and in accordance with those specified in Table 1 or 2.
5.4 Imperial products.
The physical quality shall be qualified and in accordance with those specified in Table 1 or 2.
