Insulation system of driving motor of new energy vehicle—Technical requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of insulation system of driving motor of new energy vehicle. This standard is applicable to the driving motor for new energy vehicle with the rated voltage of 1 kV and below.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

electrical insulating material
solid or liquid materials with negligible low conductivity, or a simple combination of these materials, used to isolate conductive parts of electrical equipment at different potentials

insulation system
insulating materials or combination of many insulating materials, together with their associated conductor components, generally referring to electrical equipment of a particular type, size or part
