Performance requirements for household cleaning robots
1 Scope
This standard specifies the performance requirements of cleaning robots for household and similar purposes.
This standard is applicable to cleaning robots for household and similar purposes with rated voltage not greater than 250 V in single phase and not greater than 480 V for other appliances.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 20291.1, GB/T 34454-2017, QB/T 4833-2015 and the following apply. For the convenience of application, some terms and definitions specified in GB/T 34454-2017 and QB/T 4833-2015 are listed below.

4 Technical requirements and test methods
4.1 Floor dust removal coefficient
4.1.1 Hard floor linear dust removal coefficient
The test shall meet the requirements of linear dust removal test in GB/T 34454-2017, Clause 6, in which the number of runs is changed to 1, that is, single cleaning test includes one run (linear forward movement). The test mode shall be repeatable and simulate the state of normal use, including power, speed and continuous forward mode.
The coefficient is graded according to Table 1:

4.1.2 Hard floor rectangular frame dust removal coefficient
The test shall meet the requirements of rectangular frame dust removal test in GB/T 34454-2017, Clause 5, in which the running duration shall not exceed 5 min.
The coefficient is graded according to Table 2:

4.2 Edge and corner dust removal coefficient
The edge and corner dust removal test shall meet the requirements of QB/T 4833-2015, 6.3.3, in which the running duration shall not exceed 5 min.
The coefficient is graded according to Table 3:

4.3 Single-room coverage percentage
The test method of primary single-room coverage percentage shall meet the test requirements of QB/T 4833-2015, 6.3.1, and only primary coverage percentage is calculated.

4.4 Multi-room coverage percentage
4.4.1 General requirements
Multi-room coverage percentage is a measure of the robot's capability to cover accessible areas in the standard test room specified in 4.4.2. This test measures the cumulative coverage percentage over a period of time. This test only tests the primary coverage percentage in multiple rooms.

4 技术要求及试验方法
4.1 地板除尘率
4.1.1 直线硬地板除尘率
测试应符合GB/T 34454—2017第6章直线除尘测试要求,其中运行次数N改为1次,即单次清洁试验包含1次运行(直线向前运动),测试模式应是可重复的模拟正常使用的状态,包括功率、速度、连续的前进方式。
按照表1所示等级分级:

4.3 单房间覆盖率
单房间一次覆盖率测试方法应符合QB/T 4833—2015中6.3.1测试要求,仅计算一次覆盖率。

4.4 多房间覆盖率
4.4.1 一般要求
多房间覆盖率是测量机器人在4.4.2规定的标准测试房间中覆盖可到达区域的能力。本测试所测量的是在一段时间内累积的覆盖率。本测试只测试多房间环境下的一次覆盖率。
4.4.2 标准测试房间
测试条件的温湿度和光线要求和4.3单房间覆盖率要求一样。
测试房间要求如下:
——多房间的测试区域由长(7150±50)mm、宽(7800±50)mm的地面、四周墙面和天花板组成;
——天花板与测试地面高度为(2750±250)mm,天花板应处于同一水平面,且与地面平行。天花板涂白色涂料或为白色石棉板,可以适当镶嵌一些装饰,如吊灯或其他灯饰;
——多房间四周墙壁用白色涂料或浅色布艺装饰墙面,墙面上适当增加一些画框或有别于白色墙面的其他装饰画片或卡;
——测试地面应为未经处理的松木板或等效木板的水平地面,坡度小于等于2%,厚度至少15mm;
——房间内隔离墙墙壁为白色或浅灰色,厚度150mm,高度300mm,多房间为开放式结构。多房间家具布置如图1所示,要求如下:
——多房间由小床房、大床房、衣帽间、书房和客餐厅五个功能区组成。各功能区的地面可以用不同颜色地板,但不同颜色区域的覆盖率应各自记录;推荐小床房房间用灰色地板、大床房房间用酒红色地板、书房用白色地板、衣帽间和客餐厅用浅色地板或地砖;
——床头柜、衣柜、书柜和电视柜规格,实木原木色,其长宽尺寸见图1,矩形框高度至少为150mm;
——大床(大床房)、书桌、餐桌和沙发,只安装腿或脚规格,实木原木色,长宽或直径尺寸见图1,高度为300mm;
——门(大、小床房),实木原木色,其长宽尺寸见图1,高度为300mm;
——小床(小床房)规格,实木原木色,矩形框高度至少为150mm;
——移门滑轨(衣帽间)规格,未经处理铝质材料,长1200mm,宽40mm,高8mm,倒角R3;
——椅子横脚(书房)规格,未经处理铝质材料,直径15mm,长度500mm。
