This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, grading, marking, technical requirements, testing method, product instructions and packaging of PM2.5 protective mask.
This standard is applicable to masks that are worn by the public in daily life to avoid taking in PM2.5 in the air.
This standard is not applicable to masks to protect against intake of harmful gases and steam, or dust masks used in oxygen-deficient environment, for escape, firefighting, medical purposes or other vocations.
