1 Scope
This code specifies the quality standards, contents, procedures of the acceptance of the inspection lot and sub-item projects as well as the requirements of the quality management and quality control on the construction site of the station procedure pipeline project.
This code is applicable to the acceptance of construction quality of procedure pipeline projects in the construction or renovation (extension) and renovation of the station yard and valve chest related to oil and gas long-distance pipelines and gathering and transportation pipelines.
This code is not applicable to the internal dehydration plant of oil and gas field, the construction quality acceptance of the pipelines that belong to in-station pumps, heating furnaces and other similar equipment bodies as well as instation high-temperature heat-transfer oil pipelines.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this code, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
Piping
The fabrication assembly composed of piping components and used for transporting, distributing, mixing, separating, discharging, metering, controlling or preventing the fluid flow.
3.2
Piping components
The elements used for connecting or assembling pipelines, including the pipes, pipe fittings, pipe-supporting elements, fixtures, flanges, gaskets, fastening pieces, valves as well as expansion joints, flexible joints, pressure hoses and separators.
3.3
Piping components
Tit is the generic term of the elbow, bent pipe, compensator, reducing pipe, tee joint, boss, insulating joint, pipe manifold and end socket.
3.4
Pipe-supporting elements
It is the generic term of the pipe pier, support and its relevant connecting piece use for supporting and fixing pipelines.
3.5
Fixtures
The elements transmitting the load from the pipe or structural attachments of the pipeline to the supporting structure or equipment, including the hanger rod, spring supports and hangers, diagonal draw bar, balance weight, turnbuckles, support bar, chain, guide rail, anchoring element and saddle.
3.6
Structural attachments
The parts attached on the pipe by adopting welding, bolted connection or clamping methods, including the piping lug, lifting (support) lug, circular ring, clamp, suspension clamp, anchorage splint and apron type pipe saddle.
3.7
100% radiographic test
The radiographic test on the full circumference of all circumferential butt welds and the radiographic test on the overall length of the longitudinal weld for a batch of designated pipelines.
3.8
Random radiographic test
The radiographic test on the full circumference of the circumferential butt weld of the pipeline according to a certain random inspection proportion in a batch of designated pipelines.
4 General Rules
4.1 This code is formulated according to the requirements of relevant current laws and regulations as well as management standards of the project quality and relevant technical standards of the Nation and petroleum natural gas profession.
4.2 The requirements of the construction quality acceptance of the station procedure pipeline stated in the contract agreement document, design documents, and other engineering technology documents adopted under construction shall not be less than the requirements of this code.
4.3 This code shall be applied with SY 4200.
4.4 The specification for the construction quality acceptance of the station procedure pipeline project shall not only implement this code, but also shall meet the requirements of the current relevant mandatory standards of the Nation.
