1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for inspecting nine carcinogenic dyestuffs in textiles (see Annex A) with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method.
This standard is applicable to the determination of nine carcinogenic dyestuffs in printed and dyed textiles.
2 Normative References
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this standard. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated reference, the latest edition (including all the amendments) applies.
GB/T 6682 Water for Analytical Laboratory Use - Specification and Test Methods
3 Theory
Subject the specimen to ultrasonic extraction with methanol, then determine the nine carcinogenic dyestuffs in the extract liquor with LC-MS/MS method, with external standard method adopted for quantitative determination.
4 Reagents and Materials
Unless otherwise specified, analytically-pure reagents and Grade 1 water (defined in GB/T 6682) are adopted for the purpose of this method.
4.1 Methanol: chromatographically pure.
4.2 Ammonium acetate: chromatographically pure.
